RepClass Support

If you are having trouble accessing your account, confirming your email address or recovering your password, contact RepClass Support.

When contacting us, use the email address associated with your RepClass account whenever possible.

For security reasons, RepClass will never ask you to send your account password by email.

RepClass allows authorized users to organize information related to a school class and to invite other users to participate.

If you have difficulty joining a class, accepting an invitation or accessing the information you expect to see, please contact the class representative first when appropriate.

If the problem appears to be technical, contact RepClass Support.

RepClass may include features such as lessons, schedules, announcements, trips, assignments, documents, polls and other class organization tools.

If a feature is not behaving as expected, please tell us which section of the app you were using and what happened.

When reporting a technical problem, providing the following information can help us investigate it:

• The section of RepClass where the problem occurred.
• A short description of what you were trying to do.
• What happened instead.
• Your device type, such as Android or iPhone.
• A screenshot of the problem, when appropriate.

Please do not send passwords, payment card information or other highly sensitive information by email.

RepClass is designed for distribution through official application stores, including Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Questions regarding RepClass itself should be sent to RepClass Support. Questions relating directly to an app-store account, store billing system or app-store transaction may also require assistance from the relevant app-store provider.

We aim to review support requests as soon as reasonably possible.

Complex technical, security or privacy requests may require additional time while the issue is investigated.
