Delete Your RepClass Account

Learn how to permanently delete your RepClass account and the personal information associated with it.

RepClass gives users direct control over their account. You can permanently delete your account directly from the RepClass application.

Delete Your Account in the RepClass App

RepClass includes a built-in account deletion option. You do not need to contact support to delete an account that you can still access.

Open RepClass Sign in to the RepClass account you want to delete.

Open Profile Go to the Profile section from the bottom navigation menu.

Select “Delete my account” Scroll down and select the red “Delete my account” option.

Type DELETE to confirm Read the deletion notice and type DELETE in the confirmation field.

Select “Delete permanently” Tap the red “Delete permanently” button to complete the deletion.
Account deletion is permanent.

Deletion is permanent. Your account and family data are removed if you are the only guardian.

Shared publications stay in the class without your identification.

Once the deletion process has been completed, the deleted account cannot be restored.

What Data Is Deleted?

When a RepClass account is deleted, personal information associated with that account is deleted or anonymized as appropriate.

  • Account identification information.
  • Account email and profile information.
  • Authentication records that are no longer required.
  • Personal information associated exclusively with the deleted account.
  • Family information when the deleted user is the only guardian associated with that family.

Shared Class Content

Some information created within a RepClass class is shared with other authorized class members.

Shared publications and class records may remain where necessary to preserve information belonging to or affecting other members of the class.

Personal identification associated with the deleted account is removed or minimized where appropriate.

Data That May Be Retained Temporarily

Limited information may be retained when necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention or legitimate operational purposes.

Deleted information may also remain temporarily within protected backup systems until it is removed through the normal backup rotation process.
